MHB Semi Gantry Crane Structure

MHB semi gantry crane is a highly flexible lifting equipment. It has a compact structure, suitable for small and medium-sized materials. Its main structure includes a main beam, legs on one or both sides, and an electric hoist.

The main beam adopts high-strength steel, with good rigidity and load-bearing capacity and the surface is anti-corrosion design for longer service life. It has support legs only on one side and the other side is connected to the wall or column of the factory building. This structural design reduces the overall footprint of the equipment and the weight of the equipment.

The electric hoist trolley is installed under the main beam, and the lifting and lateral movement of heavy objects is achieved through electric drive to ensure smooth operation and accuracy.

The running mechanism is located at the bottom of the outrigger and uses rubber tires with brake function to ensure smooth operation and positioning accuracy on the track. The entire system has advanced electrical control systems, including frequency converter and multiple safety protection devices to ensure operational safety and reliability.
