Electric Chain Hoist

The electric chain hoist is composed of a motor, a transmission mechanism and a sprocket. All electric chain hoists are produced in accordance with international standards, and all internal gears are quenched at high temperature, which increases the wear resistance and toughness of the gears, and the gears fit closely.

The lifting capacity of electric chain hoists generally ranges from 0.1 to 60 tons, and the lifting height ranges from 3 to 120 meters. It is ideal for lifting heavy objects, loading and unloading work, equipment maintenance, and material handling. It can also be installed on suspended I-beams, curved tracks, slewing crane guide rails and fixed lifting points to lift heavy objects. It is available in hook-mounted, fixed, traveling, and low-headroom configurations.

1. Shell: The outer shell is robust and light, with fast heat dissipation and good overall sealing, suitable for use in environments with poor working conditions.

2. Phase sequence protection device: It is a special electrical device. When the power supply is wired incorrectly, the control circuit cannot work.

3. Limit switch: There is a limit switch device when the heavy objects are hoisted up and down, so that the motor stops automatically to prevent the chain from exceeding and ensure safety.

4. Motor brake: It adopts a conical motor that is suitable for frequent inching operation and has an integrated brake. The brake engages instantly when power is cut off, ensuring safety while the load is lifted.

5. Hook: It adopts forging technology, which is safe and reliable. The lower hook can rotate 360°, and the hook head has a safety hook card to ensure safe operation.

6. 36V control: When the switch leaks during operation, it can prevent accidents.

7. Chain barrel: Lightweight, nice appearance and durable.

8. Chain: It adopts high-strength G80 super heat-treated alloy steel chain.

9. Frequency conversion control system (optional): Compared with dual-speed, frequency conversion control runs more smoothly and is suitable for high-precision use requirements.

10. Overload friction clutch (optional): When the load weight exceeds the rated load, the friction clutch slips and the motor idles to prevent overload and damage to the hoist body and load chain caused by overload.
