Description

The QDY metallurgical crane is heavy-duty lifting equipment designed for harsh environments such as high temperature and high dust. It is  widely used in steelmaking, casting and steel rolling industries. Its main structure includes bridge frame, lifting mechanism, operating mechanism, operator’s cab and electrical control system. The bridge frame consists of main and end beams made of high-strength steel, with surfaces covered with thermal insulation to cope with high temperature environments. The lifting mechanism includes a motor, reducer, reel and high-temperature resistant wire rope to ensure stable operation under extreme conditions. And it is equipped with overload protection and limit switches.

The operating mechanism is responsible for the overall movement of the crane and the lateral movement of the hook. It also uses multiple drive wheels and guide rails to achieve smooth operation. The operator cabin provides open view and modern control equipment to ensure that operators can operate the crane safely and accurately.
