Production Introduction

CD and MD wire rope electric hoists are lightweight, compact lifting devices that can be installed on single-girder overhead cranes, gantry cranes, and slewing cranes. With minor modifications, they can also be used as winches. Therefore, it is one of the commonly used lifting equipment in factories, mines, ports, warehouses, cargo yards, shops, etc., and is an essential machine to improve labor efficiency and improve working conditions.

CD type electric hoist has only a single lifting speed, which meets general use requirements. MD type electric hoist has two lifting speeds: normal speed and slow speed. When working at slow speed, it can meet the requirements of precision loading and unloading, sand box mold closing, machine tool maintenance and other precise operations. Therefore, the application scope of MD type electric hoist is wider than that of CD type electric hoist.

The double-speed type is based on the single-speed type, and a slow-speed drive device consisting of a slow-speed motor and a reducer is added, and its speed ratio with the fast speed is 10:1. When the fast motor is working, the slow-speed drive device does not move, and the electric hoist rises and falls quickly. When the slow motor is working, the conical rotor of the main lifting motor is driven to rotate through the slow drive device, and the electric hoist is slowly lifted and lowered

Electric hoists are classified into CD type and MD type based on single or dual lifting speeds; into standard headroom and low headroom types based on headroom; and into traveling and fixed types based on mobility.

Electric hoists can be adapted to fixed rails, electric single-girder cranes, electric suspension cranes, and gantry cranes, and have a wide range of uses.
